I really like this combination of sweet and savory, just as I like langoustines or duck breast with sweet sauce
- 1 packet of pie sheets,
- 200 gr margarine,
- 250 gr sweet cheese,
- 200 gr Telemea cow cheese,
- 2 eggs,
- 10 tablespoons sugar,
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar,
- rum essence,
- raisins according to preference,

RECIPE PREPARATION Sweet and savory cheese pie:
The pie sheets are left at room temperature.
Sweet cheese is mixed with grated Telemea cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, rum essence and raisins as desired.
Proceed as follows: melt the margarine and grease the tray then put the pie sheets and grease each with melted butter / margarine. after half of the greased sheets, put the cheese filling and then put the greased pie sheets again. bake in the preheated oven. It's a treat, in 2 days I finished a whole tray
