I really like this combination of sweet and savory, just as I like langoustines or duck breast with sweet sauce

  • 1 packet of pie sheets,
  • 200 gr margarine,
  • 250 gr sweet cheese,
  • 200 gr Telemea cow cheese,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 10 tablespoons sugar,
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar,
  • rum essence,
  • raisins according to preference,

RECIPE PREPARATION Sweet and savory cheese pie:

The pie sheets are left at room temperature.

Sweet cheese is mixed with grated Telemea cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, rum essence and raisins as desired.
