Add sifted flour with baking powder and mix slowly with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are combined. Put the dough obtained in a square tray (24 & # 21524 cm) lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and then add the fruit cut in half. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a saucepan, along with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, a cinnamon stick and simmer until it starts to soften. Remove the cinnamon stick and add the breadcrumbs, and when the filling has cooled, add a little vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the salt, and in another bowl, dissolve the yeast with 2 tablespoons of sugar in 100 ml of warm water. Pour the dissolved yeast over the flour and knead lightly, gradually adding warm water, until you get a homogeneous crust. Add a little oil to make it easier to shape, then let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into three equal parts, and from each side shape a pie sheet, over which pour a part of the filling and roll the sheet gently. After you have finished the three rolls, place them in a baking tray, which you grease with a little oil beforehand. Leave the roll in the oven for 30 minutes, until browned, then powder it with a little vanilla sugar.

You can serve the fluffy pumpkin roll both at home, with a cup of revitalizing tea, and at a picnic, in the middle of nature!

Fluffy strawberry tart - Recipes

The crispy and golden dough, ennobled with butter and raised in the oven, invites you to complete it with sweet and creamy mascarpone. Berries complete this easy-to-make tart with freshness, color and vitamins.

  • 1/2 pack of Edenia 800 g puff pastry dough, pre-thawed at room temperature
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g liquid cream / sweetened cream for whipped cream
  • 100 g grated dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 lime & # 8211 we use juice and grated peel
  • 80 g melted butter

Method of preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180C, on the "ventilation" function if it is electric or at three quarters of the power, if it is on gas.

2. Spread the Edenia puff pastry dough, previously thawed, with the help of a rolling pin. Grease it with a little melted butter, then cut it using the edge of a round baking tray.

3. Place the cut dough in the tray prepared with baking paper, prick it in the middle with a fork, keeping an edge of about 2 cm. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, with the help of an electric mixer, mix the mascarpone together with the liquid cream, vanilla essence, chocolate, powdered sugar, juice and grated lime peel.

5. Remove the tray from the oven, let it cool a bit, then spread the cream on the surface of the tart. Decorate with raspberries and blueberries in abundance.

First we prepare the dough for the tart. Mix the flour with the salt, mix the butter well with the sugar, and beat the egg with cold water with a fork. Add the egg over the butter, and then this mixture over the flour. Wallpaper a tart form with the dough and put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes (with beans on top if you want to keep the tart shape).

To prepare patisserie creams:
Put the milk together with the vanilla seeds in a pot, over medium heat and bring to the boil. Meanwhile, mix the eggs well together with the sugar, until it becomes a fluffy composition, and the yolks lighten in color. Only then add a tablespoon of flour.
We pour little by little the warm milk into the yolk composition, then we put it back on low heat (or in a steam bath).
Bring the cream to the boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Leave it on the fire until you see the first bubbles.
Remove the cream from the heat, add a nut of butter and cover with cling film. Store in the fridge until needed, being useful in various cream cake recipes.

After the 15 minutes in which our dough has been in the oven, take it out, let it cool, spread the cream evenly with a spoon and decorate with fresh strawberries.
