Cut the chicken breast, then cover each slice with cling film and beat with a whisk; salt, pepper and sprinkle with dried oregano; cover the plate with cling film and leave to cool for 30 minutes. On each piece of chicken breast we place a slice of ham and a cheese wand and roll. We roll this roll in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan, then place the chicken breast rolls in the frying pan.

Remove from the oil directly on a paper towel or napkin. Serve with a portion of rice and pickles or each to taste.
