The milk is heated (not very hard) and in it, the sugar melts. Then add the melted butter and mix well. Add the yeast and stir until it dissolves.

Separately, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and then add over the milk mixture. Now add the vanilla essence. Mix well and then gradually add the flour, mixing well with a whisk or spoon. The result is a soft dough, which is left to rise in a warm place, away from drafts, until it doubles in volume (it lasted about 35-40 minutes).

It is divided into 2-3 equal parts, from which the donut sheets will be made. The worktop is "wallpapered" with flour and the dough is turned over.

Knead a little more with a little flour and then spread a sheet 1.5 cm thick. Cut the donuts with a larger glass / cup and then with a plastic stopper, make the hole in the middle

It is placed in a tray lined with baking paper and left to rise for about 20 minutes (if you have patience - I did not let them all grow and still they grew very nice when baked)

Bake for 20 minutes at 170 ° C (until browned as much as you want). Leave to cool and then grease with melted milk chocolate and cool and sprinkle with colored candies. I served some of them with powdered sugar.
