I prepared the apples: I washed them and peeled them and then I put them on the grater and put one kg in one bowl and the other kg in another bowl. I added vanilla and cinnamon essence over them.
I mixed semolina with sugar and flour, two vanilla sachets and baking powder.
I divided the composition in two.
I divided the butter into two ... a quarter and three quarters. I cut each piece into small pieces.
I greased a tray of Jena, then covered it with breadcrumbs.
I placed a quarter of the butter at the base, then on top of half of the composition.
On top I put the apples from the bowl (1kg).
I put on top the rest of the composition and the large part of butter.
I baked it for 35 minutes.
After 30 minutes I took out the tray and placed the other side of the apples and put them in the oven for another ten minutes.
Total delight !!!
