- 275 gr raspberry (a large plastic cup)
- 1 lemon
- 500 gr sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry jam with raspberries and mint:
The pitted cherries are covered with sugar and left to cool for a few hours. Some of them are mixed and the rest are left whole. Bring to the boil and after a few minutes add the lemon and raspberries, partially mixed or crushed with a fork. You can put only 300 grams of sugar over the fruit and after it has dropped, see if it binds or needs more sugar.
