Here's how I prepared this Borscht with chicken meatballs!

The roots are cleaned, washed and shaved on a large-mesh grater. Finely chop the onion. They are put together to harden in a little oil. Add water and simmer.

Season the meat with salt and pepper, add the washed and drained rice and mix well. They form meatballs that are boiled over vegetables. Add more water.

When the meatballs are almost cooked, add diced potatoes and tomatoes. Bring the borscht, salt and pepper to a boil. Boil everything well and at the end beat the egg well and pour it into the soup, stirring with a fork to form rags. Bring to the boil, then turn off the heat and add the finely chopped greens.

The soup is served with hot peppers, onions or sour cream.

Good appetite! Worth a try to prepare this recipe of Meatball soup sour chicken with borscht!

Borscht with chicken meatballs - Recipes

Mona's soup from two days ago reminded me that my stomach needs a warm, fragrant and consistent juice. so, I cooked tonight, a delicacy that I introduce in the menu quite rarely and I should correct this thing: PARISORE SOUP.

anaemona,
this time I didn't make any more salad, but I thought longingly about your pickles, the ones from the jar turned upside down. - *: - *: - *:

this seems to me a well-kneaded soup, rich in vitamins and only good to eat with a color and texture that clearly tells you that it is a good soup. with such a housewife in the house you will certainly not starve. as soups I have seen, even on this site, white, empty, with nothing in them. than boiled water and 2 carrots. girls remember from RVN how to make a soup and delight the man at home with something like that, not with clear water as I saw in someone :)). now I'm waiting for someone to criticize my words :))

and I forgot to specify. even the dog eats well and healthy on top :))

rvn, looks bestial soup. And I who thought I had discovered the secret of soups :)) I think I need a mentor, I can no longer rely only on my own knowledge.

Flavio, I'll tell you once. You're humorless. I'm sorry for you. Don't bother showing me once again that I'm right. :)

Flavio, if there's anything I can't stand, it's invertebrates. I started reading what you wrote before deleting, stay calm :)

rvn, I have a big doubt about pickles. I don't know if they taste good. I haven't done it or eaten much. The juice was maybe a little too sweet. I gave a jar to some acquaintances and I didn't receive any feedback, what does that mean? people are felt, they don't want to hurt my feelings :))

I can only say: happy, happy dog. : -bd I also cooked for Vaya, but not really like that. Anyway, I don't cook especially for the dog because it receives enough from the food that remains from us.

And the soup looks very good. I'm a little scared to make meatball soup because they've been scattered in the soup a few times: & quot & gt. But I also made a vegetable soup with pork and I like to put a lot of vegetables and greens only because I don't put borscht very often - in Banat it's not so common and I'm not used to buying, not because I don't like with borscht. I always have type 1 at the table - either soup or soup, but I have a problem with the fussy ones in the family - first of all my husband and my eldest daughter (the little one takes more after them). So I have a rule - once they do what they like - that is chicken soup with dumplings or noodles or bean soup or tomato soup (imagine that they only like it that way!: -O) and next time it does something I like, but they also eat - vegetable soups, vegetable soups, vegetable cream soups. I can only make belly soup when my father-in-law comes from Germany because otherwise I would have to eat the whole pot. and the Greek chicken soup was completely forbidden to me. Anyway - it's good that I imposed this rule once, once I will because that's how I put some more vegetables in the bellies of the capricious !! :)

Do you remember how chicken soup was made in Ceausescu's time?
1. Put water
2. Chicken vegeta
3. Carrot chicken
4. Put the noodles
5. Chicken not chicken.

My baby isn't really from Shanghai, but even though he's more gypsy, the taste was good. :)

I like the insistence with which men try to prove to women how good cooks they are.
their native talent combines wonderfully with the dexterity and lust that comes with tasting a glass of wine.

It seems that this was almost completely unfavorable to us, Zeno.
we both missed a bit (not together, which is true), but I'm convinced that we need a lot more "training".
tomorrow night, it will be my baby's.

Well, your shrimp looks great. I don't understand what you don't like. Or is it somehow a psychological tactic, known by the way, through which you denigrate your own achievements (I know they are above average) in the idea that this way you will attract not consolation but. praise? & gt :)

I don't need training so much, but to learn how to do things (the new ones) that is to gain experience in the art of cooking. There is a main difference between the two. While experience is formed through learning, self-education, experimentation, exploration, etc., in training you always do what you know (so as not to forget and possibly to improve what you already know). )

rvn, it looks very good what you prepared.

Now, I hope I'm not offended, but I like simple foods the most. I wouldn't wrap the chicken and anything else in potatoes, I never even made it in flour, only the snails, not the ones with a thick layer. I make meatballs in which I laugh and potatoes and carrots and onions, in fact my child complains that only meat is not there and he is almost right. There is a hull (batter) in which the fish is wrapped. The outer crust looks very nice, not to mention that that burn doesn't do anyone any good, but when you eat it, the fish is almost missing, so thick is that layer of flour with egg and what's left in it.

Great cooking, great to see like on the weekend! Both the rice and the chicken look nice, although I liked his rice more Zeno (especially since I can't stand shrimp: - & amp, no offense). As for the thighs - they look very good and I am convinced that they were good, only I would not have so much patience. nor would the idea have crossed my mind. I once ate in Constanta at someone's home an interesting thing that I had never seen before or after that date: grated raw potatoes, put in a pan with oil and broken over the eggs - the potatoes were made like a big and crunchy pie - very interesting, but I didn't have the courage to try: & quot & gt.

I also cooked yesterday and today in joy. Yesterday I stayed from 6 to 10 in the kitchen doing so: puff pastry with mummy apples (yes, again), natural apple juice, carrots and oranges, puff pastry pies with ham and cheese and bread dough (unfortunately I don't have & quot ). I didn't bake the bread last night because it was already too late and I had already had dinner, obviously. So I left the dough until the morning when & quotciupercase & quot (sic! - there is the verb to mushroom in English and I couldn't help myself). So on Sunday morning for breakfast I served freshly baked bread - my first bread made in the oven, by the way. It will be repeated, for sure. Until now, I had only made it in the bread machine, but I haven't done that for about 6-7 years either. But it seems that it goes with these two gloves to make a bread or two. :) And I have evidence:

I see that the world has run away from this topic, I wonder why :))

There was so much talk about this meatball soup that I decided to make it myself. I tried to stick to rvn's recipe, but I put a little less vegetables and more tomato juice, I say it turned out good: D

Below is a sample of my lunch and a half evening meal: D avocado with garlic on bread and soup :)

Mersi klaudya, iiii. klaudya, I don't really care about food, I can't wait to decorate or make the food look better.

redmen, say if you like avocado. I try to corrupt anyone I catch on hand :)

Thanks MariaMona, I never really made mistakes. The secret is to do it as rarely as possible :)

Instead, you should know that I would also like the bread recipe. I used to do it in the car, but I've been bored with that bread for a long time.

Super good advice, really! : D The bread recipe is here Videojug I have to tell you, however, that it's not that Romanian homemade bread, but it's a slightly more "fine" bread - with a cake smell - because it also contains milk and butter. I still want to find the classic white bread recipe - well, I know how to make it, but I'd like the "secrets" that aren't written in the recipes. I have someone who knows, but I haven't called her yet. The bread I made is delicious fresh, but the next day it doesn't seem to have the same charm.

Thanks MariaMona, I like to see the video recipes :)

This is a bread blog, but generally sour dough, I've never tried. If you are interested, he will send you the mayo or whatever it is called to start making.

:( Thanks for the congratulations. What rvn means is that after I returned from surgery-emergency I managed to finish the noodels with Chinese sponges. The night is more unpleasant and that cream hurts like hell after changing the dressing. @ -)

Ah, I'm not going to the US tonight.

You know the saying zeno: a misfortune never comes alone.

As far as I can remember, honey would be good for burns. Another remedy I know of is aloe juice, if you have the flower in the house or you can buy it, just make it something organic and have no other additives. I'm still interested and I'm writing if I can find other medicines.

Chicken meatball soup

If you try my recipe for Chicken meatball soup, I look forward to seeing you again and telling me how much you enjoyed it.

  • an onion
  • a carrot
  • a celery root (the size of an egg)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • a cup of tomato juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 2.5 liters of chicken soup (or water)
  • borscht to taste
  • 1 or
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a few strands of larch
  • 1/2 kg minced chicken (breast and thighs)
  • an onion
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 1 or
  • a few sprigs of dill and parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

I cleaned and washed the vegetables, then cut them into cubes. I boiled them in a pot with 2.5 liters of soup. If you do not have soup, replace it with water.
While the vegetables were boiling, I took care of them hair dryers:
Over the minced meat I added the egg, rice, onion and finely chopped greens. I seasoned with salt and pepper, then I mixed the composition well. With my hands soaked in water I took from the composition and formed hairpins that I placed on a plate.
*
When the vegetables were half cooked, I added the meatballs, and after about 10 minutes, the rice. I let it boil over low heat. If the soup / water drops too much, add more to another hot one. That was not the case with me.
I boiled the borsch separately. When the meatballs were well penetrated and the boiled rice I poured borsch and tomato juice. I matched the taste of salt.
I let it boil for 2-3 minutes and turned off the heat under the pot. I lightly beat an egg with a fork and added it to the soup pot, stirring constantly to form "rags". At the end I sprinkled the chopped larch. A delicious soup came out, invite the table!
Below I have attached some photos from the preparation.

Chicken meatball borscht is a delicious and very simple recipe.

The vegetables are cleaned, washed, cut into cubes and put to harden in a tablespoon of oil (except for the pods).
Mix well and after 2-3 minutes add enough water to cover them and leave to boil.
Meanwhile, wash the chest, finely chop, mix with 3 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper, semolina, dill and chopped parsley.
This operation lasts about 20 minutes with the chest chopped, while the vegetables are boiling, and you can add the finely chopped beans, plus salt and a little pepper to taste, and add water. After 10 minutes, start forming the meatballs, put them in flour and put them in the pot. It should boil for about 10 minutes, add the borscht, tomato paste, leave for another 5 minutes on the fire and turn off. At the end, put chopped parsley in either the pot or the plate.
I hope you enjoy!

The chicken meatball bag is served with chopped parsley and hot pepper, to taste.
The knife of the Twin Pollux Zwilling chef from Kitchen Shop would have been useful for this borscht recipe.

Borscht with chicken meatballs-Preparation

Chop the chicken breast together with the onion, add the finely grated carrot, chopped parsley, egg and rice.
Season with salt and make small meatballs.
Meanwhile, boil the bone from the chicken breast in cold water.
After boiling, reduce the flame and gather with a spatula formed foam.
Add chopped onion, carrot, celery and parsnips cut into small cubes and cook for about 25 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and bell peppers, peas, string beans, chopped parsley, dill and some larch. Match the taste of salt and add the borscht that has been previously heated.
Bring to a boil and then add the meatballs and rice. Boil over very low heat until the meatballs rise to the surface (sign that they are cooked). Straighten the borscht with a yolk beaten with sour cream
